Vishwaroopam refers to the universal form of Lord Vishnu, manifested amidst the great war of Kurukshetra, for the Pandava Prince Arjuna to realise his perspective of existence in the world through the cosmic representation of gods and goddesses, sages and demons, good and evil. In Sanskrit, Visva means to pervade, and Roopam means form. Together, it refers to the all pervading, supreme and omnipresent form that encompasses the entire universe.
